Ivy House Weddings

• Our very comfortable indoor reception space with plants, fireplace, spiral staircase with balcony inside and outside, baby-grand piano, furniture, optional lighted trees, and beautiful artwork.

• Standard base linens and toppers for each table – wide variety of color choices CLICK HERE.  Upgrade options available.
• Beautiful candle-light table centerpieces (not required if you wish to bring your own).  Several options to choose from.
• Sound system for music and announcements for your reception and/or dancing.
• Romantic wood dance floor.
• Bride’s elegant and spacious dressing room.
• Groom’s changing room which doubles as Children’s room including a TV and DVD player.
• Large screen HD TV and DVD player for viewing your wedding movie.
• 20 3-foot long Sparklers for sending off the newlyweds.
• Plenty of close parking with security.
• Event Coordinator and Hosts to assist you in planning and during your evening event.
• Use of our food prep room and ice machine for our preferred partners. (See Catering below)

We host beautiful on-site ceremonies with Ivy House Receptions – Additional cost is $295.  Price includes set-up changes, additional time, and a rehearsal, if desired.

Monday-Thursday $1048 / Friday & Saturday $1098.  Time is 10am – 1pm.  Event must be cleared and vacated by 2pm.  Event Coordinator will help in your planning.  No official host is included during day events; however, a pleasant Western Garden Employee will be available to run the AC and Sound System.  Daytime events do not include a parking attendant.  All other additional option prices are same as evening events.

 White tableware package is $1.50 plus tax per person.  Includes:  goblet, up to 4 pieces of flatware, white linen napkin and choose 2 of the following – large white dinner plate (square or round), small white plate (square or round), white bowl, white mug, and clear glass cake plate. For an additional minimal cost, a colored linen napkin can be ordered.  (Pricing available for additional items.)

We offer distinct preferred caterers to match any bride and groom’s style and budget.  CLICK HERE to see our preferred caterers.  

You are not required to use our catering; you may use your own professional caterer, or self-catering is also allowed.  You choose!  If you decide NOT to use one of our catering partners, there is a $100 food service fee .  This fee includes 2 buffet tables and 1 cake display table with linens, plus food prep room and ice machine, if desired.  This fee is to insure a consistent look, timely setup, and will avoid confusion on linens. Setup, service, and clean-up is always the responsibility of the food service provider.

Our preferred cake designer is CARRIE’S CAKES, if you choose to use them.

Our preferred florist is HILLSIDE FORAL.  Their beautiful designs, dependability, and pricing will please the bride and the pocket-book.

To reserve your date with Ivy House, a $500 non-refundable payment is required. Credit cards accepted. An Ivy House Policy Detail Agreement will be signed at booking to reserve your date.
